    WAC Alerts Registration

WAC Alerts is the College's self-service, web-based, emergency notification system that sends instant alerts to registered users. The College uses WAC Alerts to send emergency communications to the campus community. WAC Alerts is the College’s primary emergency notification system.

In order to receive WAC Alerts messages while on the Washington College campus this summer, you will need to opt in to the WAC Alerts system.  To do this, just text the keyword ‘WCSUMMER23’ to 79516.

Once your conference is finished and you leave campus, just text the word ‘STOP’ to 79516.  This will ensure you do not continue to receive WAC Alerts messages.

At the end of the summer, all numbers in this group will be removed from the system.

If you have questions, please email the Public Safety Office at public_safetyFREEwashcoll.  Note:  This email account is not monitored 24-7.  In the event of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1, or call Public Safety at 410-778-7810.
